Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase from The Loved Society.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at founder@thelovedsociety.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.  We’ll work with you to make it right. Send approved returns to:

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Because many of our products are designed to be written on, gifted, or used as part of an experience, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, written on, used, altered, or partially completed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible non-defective returns.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
